Clash of the Titans was a 2010 fantasy movie based on the mythical story of Perseus, played by Sam Worthington, in his quest to battle Hades and fulfill his destiny. Shortly after the release of the film, announcements were made regarding Clash of the Titans 2; also known as Wrath of the Titans. Shortly after the sequel was confirmed, Sam Worthington, Ralph Fiennes and Liam Neeson all agreed to reprise their roles in the sequel. Jonathan Liebesman signed on as the director of the film, taking the place of Louis Leterrier. With a new director in place the sequel should take on a different approach and could be even more successful than the first.
